I am Dr Kuda Felicia Munjaidi, founder of All2Africa — a platform and network dedicated to connecting Africa with the United Kingdom through tourism, trade, investment and cultural exchange.
With a lifelong passion for tourism, entrepreneurship and showcasing Africa's potential, I have spent many years promoting Africa, building bridges between destinations, and helping unlock opportunities for businesses, investors and travellers.
Where it began
My African Tourism Journey
My tourism life began in a small home in Sakubva, Mutare, in Zimbabwe, where two remarkable women taught a young girl that every visitor is a blessing, every story matters, faith gives us strength, and the greatest journey begins with a warm welcome.
I watched my mother and grandmother welcome family, friends and strangers into our home. Visitors gathered on rukukwe, amacansi or reed mat, sharing tea, stories and laughter. Those early lessons in hospitality shaped my life and inspired a career dedicated to connecting people through tourism.
Building All2Africa
Meaningful connections beyond traditional tourism
All2Africa was born out of the desire to create meaningful connections that go beyond traditional tourism. Our mission is to showcase Africa as a top global destination — not just for leisure, but also for business, investment and professional collaboration.
Through curated events, roadshows, networking sessions, online platforms, trade and cultural visits, we connect African suppliers, lodges, airlines, tour operators and entrepreneurs with UK and international partners, investors and tourism enthusiasts.
Over the years, I have organised and hosted initiatives including international tourism business exchanges and the African Sunset Business Network — designed to promote collaboration, business growth and knowledge sharing among professionals with a shared interest in Africa and the United Kingdom.
All2Africa focuses on empowering young entrepreneurs through mentorship, workshops and exposure to global business networks and exhibitions — creating platforms where young people can learn, connect and nurture personal skills.
